Machine includes unwinder creel and a rubber feeder without a braid, made of rubber from 5mm-50mm, but when it is less efficient optimal performance for rubber of similar width.

Machine is complete, currently stopped and moved.

Machine can produced rubber from 5mm-50mm it's depending on the width of produced rubber.

Amount of produced ribbons in the same time is different, it's depending on the width of the ribbon.

Working width of machine is 60 cm, for example can produce in the same time around 40 ribbons „5”; 20 ribbons „10”; 10 ribbons „20” e.t.c..

Is possible to produce ribbons with different width in the same time, but then efficiency of the machine is less.

Efficiency of the machine is approx 0,5 of running meter per minute, in Kgs is approx 2000 kgs of rubber per month in 2 shift work.

Now there is no additional spare parts, but company Comez Italia still produce this type of machine and is no problem with spare parts, needles, guides.

Machine can produce coloured ribbons/tapes it depending on the colour of the yarn. 

The thickness of the yarn is 160 dtex.
