This high-performance line is designed for the industrial production of pillows and cushions, with integrated automation, precise weighing, and user-friendly touch screen controls.

The line includes the following modules and equipment:

1 HERGETH MBK/EW - Bale Opener Fully automatic operation, 2 photocells, Capacity: up to 500 kg/h depending on fiber

2. NOWO RK-1200 - Fiber Opening Machine

Capacity: up to 300 kg/h (depending on fiber type).

Function: Ensures optimal fiber opening for uniform filling.

Metal Detector: Integrated safety system stops infeed automatically if metallic particles are detected.
