KORNIT ALLEGRO

Complete, digital line for printing on textiles - Kornit Allegro - unwinder, printer, oven / drying tunnel - rewinder.

The whole machine consists of 4 modules:

1. The automatic unwinder module, which is the beginning of the entire production process. This the module is responsible for unrolling the raw material from rolls up to 180 cm wide. Device fully automatically unwinds, properly positions/stretches the material before feeding it to printer. The device has an intuitive and very simple control panel.

2. The main module is a modern, pigment printer equipped with 64 Spectra Polaris printheads, each with 2 x 256 nozzles (8 printheads per channel). Current caret configuration is CMYK + RG + LK + FOF (FOF - "fixation on fly" is dedicated primer applied on the fly to the material through one channel consisting of 8 printheads) The printer has a flat, rotating belt, covered with a dedicated adhesive, which stabilizes textiles during printing, ensuring excellent repeatability and quality of prints. The remarkable advantage of this printer is the built-in tank with an integrated dosing system washing the printing belt. Does not require a permanent connection to the water, which makes the whole process super eco-friendly. One tank filling can last up to 2 months or more! The entire machine is controlled by a touch control panel equipped with a large touchscreen monitor (Microsoft Windows with LSTB). The operation of the machine is child's play, which makes it the right choice for any beginner in this trade / industry.

3. Integrated drying module. Equipped with a 3-stage rotary air dryer, which ensures the durability of the print in a gentle and non-destructive way. The device effectively dries each "ready" print - for immediate use or sale. The oven is powered by natural gas, which can be supplied directly from a gas connection or from a battery of gas cylinders / tank (gas cylinders / tank are not part of the equipment of this machine, they are only an alternative for companies that do not have the possibility to connect to the gas network.

4. The end of the machine is an automatic winder that takes the finished product from dryer and winds it onto the finished roll.

The machine was manufactured in 2018 at the Israeli Kornit Digital production plant, after which it was delivered to us and then started by certified Kornit Digital service technicians. In our machine park, each machine is under the professional care of a trained technical service. All services related to the replacement of consumables were carried out only with purchased, original parts from Kornit Digital. Throughout the entire period of operation, it was serviced under a strict regime of maintaining production at the highest level. All service and warranty inspections were performed by delegated, certified Kornit Digital service technicians. Absolutely all consumable parts recommended in the service manual were replaced on time. We have never skipped on servicing the machine, keeping production at high efficiency has obliged us to provide the highest level of service. The machine is regularly cleaned, vacuumed and lubricated. The machine has a lot of new parts and is after the so-called. annual, general inspection of the manufacturer, during which washing and cleaning elements, filters, rubber elements and all consumables were replaced. The manufacturer's service can easily confirm the entire history of the machine from its installation to date.
