Composing of:

Long side sewing KA1041 + Cut and sewing machine KA 166 (transversal cut sewing)

After the multi-needle machine this unit will overlock sewing both sides of the material continuously. 

The side sewn and quilted fabric will go into compensator and the cut and sew machine to be measured to pre-set length and be cut and sewn at the same time. 

The cut panel will be transported out on the parking conveyor.

Parking conveyor

A waiting quilt will be parked on this conveyor waiting for the sewing operator to call for it.


Sewing table KA115

Then the operator will call for a new quilt the system will transport it to the operator. 

The conveyor on the sewing table is synchronized with the sewing machine when sewing and reverses at high speed to assist turning the product. 

Suitable for large products (quilts, bedspreads etc.) 

Increased production and helps reduce the risk for repetitive injury. 

Then finish sewing the operator sends the quilt to the folder and calls for a new quilt from the parking conveyor. Excluding sewing machine (tape edge / binding machine).


Folding machine KA133 (fold & pack machine):

This machine first folds the quilt lengthwise and then crosswise; the finished product is then fed through a filling unit and into a bag.

Possible output from KA115 (table for tape edge / binding machine):
