TOYOBO Sorting Line A Sorting line consists of sorting positions, roll transporters with or without drive, lifts changing the direction in which boxes with yarn move, and system of photocell supervising the movement of boxes and counting their amount. Sorting line in control programme is connected to automated scales. On sorting position Sorter evaluates organoleptic value of each yarn bobbin and classifies it to appropriate grade, secures yarn end, and loads bobbin in foil bag. Then he places bobbin in package and completes a palette consisting of yarn with the same condition. After palette is completed, boxes are moved via transported to automated scales and after being weighed and labelled - to position of stacking boxes in a palette. Line capacity is about 10 t/8 hours Sorting Line A was adjusted to the needs. Devices were moved from another location. Routes of roll transporters were shortened and changed. Changes in control programme were made.
