-first drum diameter 600mm

-first roller engine 22kw with star delta switch and overheat protection

-second drum diameter 400mm

-second roller engine 5.5kw with star delta switch and overheat protection

-two suction fans for the two drums 1.5kw each including dust bags

-two separate power units for lattice movement 1kw each

-return lattice for the unfinished fibers for re-feeding

-wired rollers

Just two tearing units, no bale opener or the like

Return lattice returns the partially opened fibers to the front feeding of the machine

Wired rollers tear the unopened textiles into fibers

In addition the size of the complete line is about 6000x2000x1500mm (LWH).

Production capacity 120-150kg per hour.

Depending on materialtype, machine capacity is 500-1000kg /8 hour shift.
