We are looking for needle punching machine to production of material with weight up to 800g/m2

-      approx working width 2400-2700mm

-      working speed – up to 1200 rpm

-      number of needle plates: two - lower and upper

-      needling from the bottom and top

-      gauge 12000 needles/mb (6000 x 2)

-      set of feeding and thickening conveyors

-     cutter to the edges

-      central factory oil

-      rolls: feed and take up

-      independent drivers for the upper and lower plate   

-      electronic control
