Mtex Steamer 20 - Loop steamer year of production: 2016 - Ability to steam up to 20 linear meters at one time - Maximum width up to 1.8 mts - Steam control and temperature regulation through the control panel touch - Capable of fixing all types of inks including reactive, acid and dispersed, reaching temperatures up to 185º C - Pre-settings available for each type of material to be vaporized - Modular gas burner - AISI 316 - not subject to corrosion - 3-phase 400vac and 22am - compressed air supply - work pressure: 6 bar, airflow: 150 l/min - water supply - work pressure: 3 bar - Steamer was used approx. 250- 300hrs - capacity of +\- 100 mb/h - 100 m / 10-12 min = 500 m / h - No Steam Boiler included – require +300 kg/h of steam for proper functioning - Support construction for Steamer (stands) is not included as well outside equipment like electrical switch controls, fans, ventilation ductwork, etc. Machine is compete and 100% functional. It worked for 2-3 months only. Steamer was working no more than 200 hr - problem was (we found out), that steam capacity was not enough. Steamer is waiting for new steam boiler - or to be sold-out.
